Ken Gross

Managing Partner and Founder

Ken Gross is the Managing Partner and Founder of Data Search Network, Inc. Mr. Gross is responsible for managing the daily operations including overall direction of the company, finance and logistics. He is also responsible for the administration of the staff and external consultants.

Mr. Gross has more than 20 years of experience in the search and placement industry placing professionals from technical developers to Chief Information Officers. Mr. Gross is also Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of AlertSite.com, the leading Internet Performance Monitoring company.

His philosophy of "Customer First" has led to the success of Data Search Network, Inc. and AlertSite. Mr. Gross has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Montclair State University.

Claire Monte

Vice President, Northeast Region

Claire Monte, VP of the Northeast Region has been in the recruitment business since 1984, specifically targeting the Information Systems market.

Having gained a thorough understanding of technical requirements for corporations, coupled with the image and presentation candidates should possess, Ms. Monte tailored an effective formula with proven results. Ms. Monte believes in the "grass roots" approach when working with candidates to find out their needs that not only suit them professionally, but that will be conducive to their personal lifestyle.

Prior to Joining Data Search Network, Claire was a Partner and co-founder of Executive Software Plus, a leading provider of talent for the software industry in the NY metro area. Ms. Monte has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ramapo State University.

Robin Epstein

Vice President, Southeast Region

Robin Epstein, VP of the Southeast Region, has been an Executive Recruiter specializing in the Information Technology arena since 1990. Her ability to build long lasting relationships, in addition to a keen desire to find " the perfect fit" for both employers and candidates has resulted in many referrals and an extended network of talented professionals.

Robin's expertise in identifying quality candidates and creatively matching them with suitable opportunities has resulted in many successful relationships. Robin earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from Florida International University.

Laurie Roth

Director, Southeast Region

Laurie Roth, Director of Professional Services, has more than 10 years recruiting experience with particular emphasis in Talent Acquisition, IT and Staffing Consultation in the South Florida market. Very effective at developing and implementing new business and candidate relationships, Laurie has demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting for diverse professionals in various technologies and vertical industries.

Laurie's specialty is professional and executive-level recruiting for businesses ranging in size from Fortune 500s to start-ups. She has spent most of her career working closely with CIOs, directors, and senior management to develop and execute recruiting strategies across all business units.
